What is Hard Reset ?
Hard Reset (Factory Reset) is a process that deletes all the data from your phone documents, pictures, downloaded application and even forgotten passwords (Pattern/Pin/Password) will be deleted from your phone if you choose to do a hard reset of your Infinix Phones, it will be just similar step to do on Phone.If you have foget your Infinix mobiles screen lock Password/Pin/Password lock then you must perform a hard reset, it will delete your all personal data from your phone and it will unlock screen lock. Factory reset will remove all bugs and it will brings default Settings and back to new and original condition.
There are two types of hard reset to perform a reset your phone. follow both simple steps which has been given below.
1st Step To Hard Reset Tecno Phones
- Turn off your phone
- 1st Press Power Key Approximately 2 Second
- Now quickly press volume up key
- In some phones you need to press volume down key
- After few sedonds screen appear Tecno Logo / release powerkey / keep holding volume up key
- Now you are at recover menu on if your phone is associated with newer version Android 12 or higher phones
- if there is no command section it's mean your phone is associated with older version Android 11 or lower
- 1st keep holding power key then press volume up key
- Now you will get recover menu
- Do Wipe data/factoy reset ( it's mean your phone data will permanently deleted from your phone)
- Use Volume Keys for up/down Power key is OK
- After few seonds wipe data will complete
- Choose Reboot to System then press power key
- Phone will automatically reboot to system
- Now Setup your phone by pressing next or skip
- That's it.
- Backup your all phone's data / Go to settings / System / Reset Options / Erase All Data ( Factory Reset )
- Phone will ask Do you want to Erase all data message tap on Erase All Data
- Phone will automatically reset and reboot into normal mode
- Let's Setup your phone by pressing next or skip
