What is Hard Reset ??
Hard Reset (Factory Reset) is a process that deletes all the data from your phone documents, pictures, downloaded application and even forgotten passwords (Pattern/Pin/Password) will be deleted from your phone if you choose to do a hard reset of you Redmi 13c, it will be just similar step to do on Phone.Here is the process for Hard Reset !
- Switch off your Redmi 13c. remove the SIM card and the SD card.
- Press Volume up + power button. Mi logo will appear on the screen. Release Power key Hold the volume up button until the recovery mode opens.
- Once you are in recovery mode. Now you will not be able to use the touchpad on your Redmi 13c. Use the volume button to go up and down and power button to select a chosen option for ok.
- Your screen will have few options, from the recovery menu now choose ‘Wipe Data’. using volume key
- Press the power button to select Wipe Data.
- Press the power button once more to select Wipe All Data.
- Choose Confirm

- And this should start the hard reset process of Redmi 13c and will deleted all phone data & restore to default settings.
- Now back to main Menu & reboot device
Phone will start normal mode once the process completes. It does take about 3 -5 minutes and can take more or less time depending on your device capacity.
After few moments phone will showing welcome screen, let's setup phone.

- Set Password if Nedeed Otherwise (Skip)

- Select Default Launcher
- Preparing System
- Setup Completed
- Now You’re Ready To Use Phone
